   How do I book my first lesson?

   Message or call us with your goals and availability. We schedule a free level check, either on video call or in person in London, before matching you with a named tutor.

   How is the price for my course quoted?

   After the level check, we send a fixed quote for a set number of lessons based on your level and goals. That price is agreed before you book anything and doesn't change mid-course.

   When do I pay for my lessons?

   We invoice at the end of each lesson block once it has been delivered. Payment is by bank transfer or cash; we do not take card payments.

   What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

   Give us at least 24 hours' notice by message or phone and we'll move your lesson to another slot that week at no extra cost. Within the first 30 days of your course, you can also switch tutor or adjust your schedule if it isn't the right fit.
